Our refund policy is 14 days, you must notify us that you wish to return your order within 14 days of receipt and return your order within 28 days. Damaged items must be reported to us within 7 days of receipt. Return period for Prezzi Box Giftboxes is 14 days due to nature of contents.

Prezzi Box Giftboxes which have been opened via the seal strip will incur £5 restock cost due to the expense involved with curated packaging costs, and any handwritten cards unless proven faulty
Over 28 days for store goods or 14 days for Prezzi Box Giftboxes since your purchase we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. We recommend you use a recorded/tracked service
Refunds will be made via the original purchase method after returned goods are checked and processed.
