Shipping
Royal Mail Tracked 24 for all Prezzi Boxes is free. Whilst most parcels deliver the next day the service is a 1-2 working day delivery service
Shipping upgrades are available at checkout
Monday to Friday - Orders received before 12 noon - Delivery is available for Next Business Day (To most parts of the UK)
Orders received AFTER Saturday 10:00am & Sunday - orders despatched Monday / delivery Tuesday
Bank Holiday (Mon) - orders despatched Tuesday
PLEASE NOTE: This is a Royal Mail Next Business Day service and whilst all attempts are made to provide this service it is out of our jurisdiction once your parcel has been sent. Next Day delivery services to remote areas may also take slightly longer
We cannot be held accountable for delays due to industrial action, weather extremities or national emergencies beyond our control

Where any FREE shipping option is offered we reserve the right to choose the carrier we use to send your order.

During times of industrial action or service issues we reserve the right to choose the delivery service most suited to get your parcel to you. We aim to despatch all orders the same day if received by 12 noon

We do not currently ship outside the UK
Returns & Refunds
Our refund policy is 14 days, you must notify us that you wish to return your order within 14 days of receipt and return your order within 28 days. Damaged items must be reported to us within 7 days of receipt. Return period for Prezzi Box Giftboxes is 14 days due to nature of contents.

Please ensure your return item is packaged safely and in the original unopened packaging
Prezzi Box Giftboxes which have been opened via the seal strip will incur £5 restock cost due to the expense involved with curated packaging costs, and any handwritten cards unless proven faulty
Over 28 days for store goods or 14 days for Prezzi Box Giftboxes since your purchase we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. We recommend you use a recorded/tracked service
Refunds will be made via the original purchase method after returned goods are checked and processed.
